Some Changes to Dropbox Public Folders

After July 31, Dropbox will no longer create Public folders in any new Dropbox accounts. Public folders in existing accounts, however, will continue to function as before.

Since TouchAppCreator is using Public folders to host public mobile web apps, you cannot use this options if your account is created after July 31. Alternatively, you can publish your apps to any Dropbox folders and share those folders to your users and finally your users can use TouchAppViewer (free app) to view your apps. Of course, you can still use your own hosting company's space to host public web apps.
